Sunbeams

A sun: a round disc with rays reaching out on every side. Three strips in each half, the middle one the widest, and the two cuts are slanting straight lines that run together towards the middle like an X and swerve round a circle. Both halves are cut from the same template, and the difficulty is easy. Cut the straight parts along a ruler and the circle in one stroke. From Per V. Mortensen's Circles in Hearts.
