Flower heart

A flower of circles: a round centre, four petals around it and scales towards the edges. Five strips in each half, and every cut is a row of quarter circles. The halves mirror each other, so one template covers both, and the difficulty is hard. Start weaving at the centre, where the whole circles have to line up exactly.
