After Bridget Riley's Movement in Squares: the chequerboard's strips grow narrower towards the middle both ways, so the centre sinks like the bottom of a funnel or rises like the top of a pyramid. Ten strips in each half, every cut perfectly straight. The halves mirror each other, and one template covers both. Medium difficulty; weave the narrow middle strips gently so they do not tear.
