Santa

A full-length Father Christmas with hat and beard, drawn in red inside a round frame and surrounded by checks. The figure is the most detailed in the gallery: five strips in each half, but over two hundred curve sections to cut along, two thirds of them true curves. The halves differ, so the heart comes with two templates. It needs real precision in the cutting, and short-bladed scissors give the best control over the detail.
